Still Dezimals and Times

Hi there,

Compared to any office writer app (like in LibreOffice) the handling of numbers is different in Scribus as it neither knows a time notation, nor the usual decimal depiction in German.
I would expect a picture like this in German (first column) and English (the second one), both compared to
Scribus:

I still would like to put it as feature request on my wishlist.

I don't fully understand your request.

Scribus does support both the , and . for tab stops.

So EN and DE should be covered.

Times are indeed missing, and it would be nice if one could define any character for the alignment.
