Adding internal hyperlinks
« on: January 21, 2020, 03:11:24 am »
I'm reading over the docs about adding hyperlinks by using invisible buttons that leverage PDF functionality.

It seems to talk a lot about external files or opening new browser tabs.

I want internal links to various sections in my newsletter.

In HTML, I'd do it like this:
a href="#my-Article"

<a name="#my-Article">Top of my article</a>

I'm sure this can be done, but I'm not sure of the syntax.

hi dave

as scribus is designed with high quality print files in mind, the implementation of hyperlinks may still not be really good…

Yeah, I see that. It uses a PDF extra to add buttons on output.

So it does do links, I just haven't quite figure out how to do internal links yet.
