Last post by jirib - January 08, 2025, 10:19:04 AMNot sure I understand the problem but if I understand correctly the spell checker uses language of the text itself: see the language for the actual text in 'Text Properties' window. I would prefer changing the languag for the text via a character style that is used for the text.

Last post by abi - January 08, 2025, 08:12:40 AMThe plugin has an add button which reads text from a CMS via API and loads on the page, once the text block is loaded, we can right click on it and load Content Properties.
Since our plugin is also running and simultanously we try and open "Content Properties" it shows as locked. If we close the Plugin, immediately the "Content Properties" are unlocked and we can modify font and other options from content properties

it seems to me that there's no way to see full path of an image inside Scribus, or is it possible?
I have a SLA document with 'image/foo.pdf' (image).
Steps:
- select an image frame
- right-click: Info - and I see
Image
foo.pdf
Original PPI: 72 x 72
...
That is, I do not see the path. If I would have multiple directories with same filename, I might be confused where the used image is really located. The only way seems checking SLA source :-/
If there is not way, I would love to see either:
- full path in the above dialog, or
- a dialog where all used images of the document are listed; an example:
* page X:
* 1. <image path> - <image frame name>
...
...
(Ideally with possibility to edit the both path of the image and name of the frame).

Last post by AdmFubar - January 08, 2025, 12:09:52 AMI wonder, are the "content properties" locked because the "content properties" window is open? "content properties" window is waiting for user input at all times while open and locking out scripts as it may cause a conflict?
try the script with the "content properties" window closed.
Not sure this is the solution. just speculation on mypart

1st script - the plugin that we have created
2nd script - is loading Content Properties
If we dont close the Plugin, Content Properties stays locked. But closing the Plugin and loading it again from scripts is not a very user friendly solution. If anyone can suggest a work around for
1. How can we close the script by minimising or something like that
OR
2. A quicker way to load the Plugin using some keyboard shortcut or adding it in the menu toolbar icon
