If the svg is imported into Scribus, it's not much more than a group of shapes.

You can select single items in a group by holding down the alt key (or just ungroup it and regroup it later)
Then you can easily set any color.

And if the SVG has not yet been imported into Scribus,  you can use Inkscape...

yes, it is possible (even in 1.6.x and in older versions). but afaik you have to ungroup the .svg first.

Quote from: Nermander on May 19, 2025, 08:59:52 PMI guess instead of writing -45 you could write 360-45.

O.C. I could. But it involves math, although simple I can make mistakes easily.

Yes it seems to be a little bit inacurate by times.
It works! But Sometimes it doesn't. I zoom a little bit and it works!

In 1.6.4 it is not possible to use a negative value.
If it is possible my life is easier.
I have no strong opinion wrt default direction.

To nobody surprise, I prefer not to have a configuration for this.

As I wrote and as you also noted, it's easy to get used to the one or the other. (And typing the other one, should be as easy as typing a negative number).

More often than not, the desire for a thing to be configurable, is a sign that it is simply not good enough...
