Adding ↻ and ↺ in Scribus

I'm making a document that would benefit greatly from being able to use the symbols for "clockwise" and "counterclockwise"  --- ↻ (U+21BB) and  ↺ (U+21FF).  Is there a font in Scribus that supports it?  I've tried several with no luck.  Or is there another option?

Scribus doesn't ship with many fonts. Just download them through your OS package manager or source websites etc. Looks like DejaVu support them.
