How to move a line of text down 1/2 or a normal line spacing

I have a need to squeeze some stuff into a slightly smaller vertical space than normal line spacing would have it. Is there a way to generate a half line spacing interval (or some other fractional line space)?
Thanks

hi elliott
you can set a fixed line spacing (
'properties' (f2) → 'text'
) or better: (
'edit
' → 'styles' (f3)
) or you change the baseline grid to a fractional value (
'file' → 'document setup' → 'guides' → 'baseline grid'
).
