Can a style be created from already-formatted type?
« on: March 19, 2012, 03:31:44 am »
I have several bits of type formatted the way I want them and want them to become styles, based on how they are formatted right now.

I don't see a way that lets me do this...is this not possible in Scribus 1.40?

thank you!

What you want is a "create a style based on this text"-function. I don't think that exists, yet.

Maybe it could be scripted? I guess the major problem would be if the text selected has different formatting.
