Editable QR Codes?
« on: November 15, 2019, 07:27:24 am »
I notice this old post on the wiki: https://wiki.scribus.net/canvas/Barcode_Plugin_Development
It would be nice to see editable qr code objects have their own object type (mentioned but not implemented).
I would assume there would still be the option to round the corners of the qr code etc for general styling?

yes, that would be possible and welcome.

what we need are "vector" objects.
i would love them for avoiding that svgs "pollute" the colors list... or linking to svg files for updates.

then, it's mostly about creating "views" around them.
i don't think that this will happen before 1.6...
