How to add new pages with automatic text box?
« on: September 29, 2018, 03:28:15 am »
Hello, I have a layout with automatic text boxes. When I added new pages, it didn't include the text boxes. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Harry

for most cases, it's not worth to use automatic text boxes.

there are better ways to add chained text boxes in a fast way...
what is right for you, depends on what you're trying to achieve and which version of scribus you are using...

do you have some more details on your issue and your goal?

Yes, I'm using version 1.4.3 on Windows 10, and I'm producing a book containing two novellas and intro material. No graphics. Just flowing text. I ended up just duplicating the text frame and then manually linking the frames. Didn't take very long!
