Vector Files 'out of gamut'?
« on: January 31, 2018, 03:16:44 pm »
I've been importing tables from a Word doc as vector files and that's worked fine until I tried to import a table where the cells have a background colour (actually this one's from an Excel spreadsheet).
It looks like I'm getting the out of gamut green highlighting in all the cells that aren't white or grey.

Will the cells display properly at print stage?
I do have out of gamut highlighting on photographic images but that's because they are still RGB as I'll be submitting the booklet in pdf/x-3.

Fixed in pdf/x-1a profile too: just edit>colours and fills; change RGB colours to the suggested CMYL equivalents
