Positioning of a frame
« on: September 02, 2016, 06:53:50 pm »
Hi, I cannot find anywhere how to change what seems to be changed accidentally during work.

My frames show Y-Pos from the beginning of site 10 - so frames on first page have Y-Pos around -2000 mm
frames on last page have Y-Pos around 3000.
How can I change it to show Y-Pos from the beginning of current site (where the frame is placed)?

go to 'file' → 'document setup' → 'display' and check 'rulers relative to page'.

thx.
I didn`t find it in document settings - I found it in View submenu.
It worked.

oen, you can change it in either "Document Setup / Display" or "Preferences / Display" depending on whether you want to change it for just that document - "Document Setup" - or for all future sessions - "Preferences". Otherwise, setting it in the view sub-menu will have to be done each time you use Scribus (or, I think, load another document).
