Hey!
I am completely new to the scribus program, I'm running 1.6.6 on Mac.
I created a new document with
215,900 mm width
279,400 mm height
I added different images to the pages.
I then went to master pages and created a frame on a masterpage, that frame (polygon) was supposed to apply to every odd page.
I clicked ok, then come back and see that all my document pages have been resized :(
all my carefully placed images are all over the place, over and under the pages :(
I can't get it back to how it was.
Please help me get it back to how it was and not have this problem.
Thanks!
Good Evening N00bie
First, something completely different: the size of your document are a bit strange... if you want A4 + bleed, you should add the bleed, instead of using a custom page size...
Now for your problem.
Would it be possible, that you did some more steps that are not listed in your post?
I'm not aware that resizing pages or master pages can make your images fly around all over the place...
You might have hit a really bad bug... but it's a bit strange that nobody else has reported that editing master pages randomizes the position of the frames in the pages...
Anyway, you probably have a master page that has not the same size as the pages you created.
You applied the master page to the pages.
And now the pages have been resized.
What you can do now?
If the pages were of the right size and the master page not, resize the master page (and maybe reapply it to the pages).
If it's the other round, then you placed the images at the wrong position and you will have to move them to the right one.
But from what you wrote, that should not be the case.
All this if you did not hit a bug, but your images are simply not any more at the same distance from the right / bottom margin.
