A now deleted post was asking:

Do you think the app could auto‑detect new fonts without a restart, or is it just a bug that forces a full reload?

Answer:

As far as I know, Scribus currently does add fonts without requiring a restart.

I haven't checked it, and I've probably rarely done it, but Scribus should be able to load the fonts you attach to the document you have collected for output.

The issue with AI-created clones I think is future development. Instead of incrementally adding features, each version  will probably be a complete rewrite.

Not sure where you are going with this.i dont follow what the issue is. It is irrelevant if it is a complete "rewrite". and one can just have the "ai" keep the previous version and add code from there. It can prolly add them ad modules/plugin. I wouldn't be surprised if that is how adobe does it.
