Post by: hibert42 on May 19, 2025, 09:37:56 PM
Is there any way of changing colors of an SVG?
It would be soooo helpfull...

As I understand it, it is not possible in 1.6.x
Is it in in 1.7 ?

If the svg is imported into Scribus, it's not much more than a group of shapes.

You can select single items in a group by holding down the alt key (or just ungroup it and regroup it later)
Then you can easily set any color.

And if the SVG has not yet been imported into Scribus,  you can use Inkscape...

ah, and if you want to systematically replace a color with a different one, there is "edit > replace color"...
