Title: Footnotes revert to "default style"
Post by: occamsrazor on May 17, 2025, 09:18:06 PM
My footnotes and the style I created for them works well (as long as I unweld them from the main text frame -  things keeps going haywire when they are welded).

However, the following day the style has reverted to some default version, every time. Is there any remedy? Thanks!

(I use 1.6.4)

can you provide a sample document?

In the first document you can see how it is supposed to look and the other shows the way it looks when I open Scribus again.

from the screenshots, it might be possible to try to replicate.

but i was thinking of a sample .sla file : - )
it does not need to be the file you're working on, you can create a small one that shows the issues.
