Hi,
I am trying to make numbered tickets for a raffle and I would like to have 8 tickets per page, but I have to print a lot of them and I don't know any way to put a number for each ticket without having to write them one by one.
Does anyone know any feature that allows me to do that?
(Sorry for the mistakes, I am not english)

I have this idea:
1. Prepare in Scribus Your ticekts but page by page. For numbering use page numbering or ready and generated numbers in OpenOffice Calc.
2. Publish it to pdf.
3. use pdfjam - option --nup more is here http://writeup.org/manipulating-pdfs, or Adobe Reader. In pdfjam You can prepare 8 tickets on page.
4. Print Your tickets from this ready pdf.
Here are some alternatives:
If you need to use a template for your numbering: http://forums.scribus.net/index.php/topic,859.0.html
If you just want quick and easy numbering: http://forums.scribus.net/index.php/topic,84.0.html
And this might help too: http://forums.scribus.net/index.php/topic,760.0.html
P.S. Your English is better than that of a lot of native English-speaking people.
Thanks for your answer GarryP, but I couldn't understand very well your way to do it, but the answer of leaf worked perfectly for me so, thank you very much guys!
The command I used to merge the pages was "pdfnup --nup 2x4 --frame true (source-document.pdf)"
