Title: Linking image to shape
Post by: AGCB on March 01, 2016, 02:37:38 PM
I'm sure it's been asked and answered before but I cannot find it.

Is there a way to link an image inside of a shape so that they move together when dragged?

Thanks
Aaron

Alternatively, depending on what effect you want, you can convert the shape to an image frame. You can then resize the image within the frame/shape to fit how you want it.

The attached - very simple - example was created by drawing a circle, then converting it to an image frame, then getting the image, then setting the image to free scaling, then resizing and positioning the image within the shape.

It sounds complicated but once you've done it a couple of times you'll get the knack.
