Title: I cannot cope with text-fields
Post by: Hapax on March 06, 2013, 05:49:22 PM
Good evening. I am very happy to have joind Your community.

I am absolutely new to Scribus - so my question might seem somewhat nooby. I have to create an A0 poster. After creating a text field within my document by simply typing "t", I would like to write something into it, and I do that according to the manual by typing "e" - I am actually able to wriote something into the textfield after typing "e" - but the characters are soo tiny that I need a magnifier to read them, and I am not able to get them bigger.

What should I do?

one of the main processing places is the 'properties' window (f2). take a look at it and you'll find a lot of editing possibilities...

And also, a  quick double is an alternative to typing 'e'.
