Title: Set new color in workspace/background?

Hi
Is there a way to sett a new color to the background of the workspace?
Now it is lite gray. Can i make it darker?

Sorry but I don't believe there is a way to change the workspace colour. I've even had a quick look in the settings files but can't find anything that looks relevant. I think it's hard-coded into the software. I could be wrong about this though.

I vaguely remember this being discussed earlier as I suggested that it could be extended to include allowing a background image to be used instead of a single colour. That way you could see how your work would look against a background of, for example, a wooden fence or a glass window or wherever your final output will be displayed.

the setting for the scratch space color will be in the upcoming 1.6...
