Title: Page numbering and Running titles in
Post by: hussainkh on January 09, 2024, 09:35:50 AM
Scribus is great in typographical control. But when it comes to page numbering and running titles (header) it is unnecessarily complicated and is, sorry to say, very BORING.Developers should look these features in InDesign as model.

I'm making a bibliography of 800 pages in Malayalam and happy to work with its paragraph styling but overall experience is painful and time consuming because of page numbers and running titles.

I haven't seen that.
Got a sample file to show the problems?

Put your page numbers on the master page and they will then be on every page that has that master page applied.
