Title: Custom Keyboard Shortcuts for Text Editing
Post by: qednick on December 12, 2011, 01:26:32 AM
I want to set up some custom keyboard shortcuts that are not listed in the preferences. I've been used to using QuarkXPress and I really like the following shortcuts when editing text as it really speeds up workflow - especially when making things line up and "fit":

Increase/Decrease text point size by +/- 1pt at a time
Increase/Decrease leading (for some strange reason called line spacing in Scribus) by +/- 1pt (or fractions thereof)
Increase/Decrease tracking/kerning
Increase/Decrease horizontal (or vertical) width/height of characters

I came across a link to a set of Scribus shortcuts that were supposed to match Quark's but the link was dead.  :(
