Title: Single page vs. double page
Post by: ipaddle4fun on April 15, 2012, 06:12:06 PM
This is probably a no-brainer, but here goes anyway...I'm just starting out on Scribus and making my first document. I'm a photographer that was looking for a platform to design ebooks on when I found Scribus. I see that the benefit for using a double page layout is to be able to span an image across two pages. Any other reason I should use that instead of single pages? My first project is going to have a variety of text, but mostly images on a single page.

Thanks,
Chris

hi chris

one of the reasons to build a double sided layout is, that i see how the final book will look like.
another reason: usually i use different master pages for left and right pages...
