Title: Footnotes
Post by: Ana on January 08, 2024, 02:19:43 PM
Hello.
I'm trying to insert footnotes in a document (using 1.6.0). I'm already in Edit Contents mode, but the menu footnotes are still grayed out. Furthermore, I tried Edit > Notes Styles, but the option is also grayed out. Can anybody help me with this? How can I add/create footnotes? Thank you!

I use the Dutch version and have the same problem (1.6.1).

the footnotes are an experimental feature.

you need to enable them in "file > preferences > experimental features"...

... and, before using them in production, test very well if they fit your needs.

Thank you very much. It's working. I'll try it out the next days :)!
