Title: New images on Flatpak?
Post by: NathanUp on January 26, 2024, 08:32:48 PM
I use the flatpak so that I can have both the current stable verison and the 1.7.0SVN installed on my Arch / EndeavourOS machine. I don't know who packages the flatpak, but the images on Flathub look like they were taken eons ago (https://flathub.org/apps/net.scribus.Scribus). I can see where the images are referenced here (https://gitlab.com/scribus/scribus/-/blob/master/scribus.appdata.xml.in), but I have no idea how to go about requesting an image update. Does anyone know how to go about this? I imagine the old images put a fair number of people off of trying Scribus!

I even took a couple of screenshots that could be used:

i would read

https://docs.flathub.org/docs/for-app-authors/submission/#theres-an-app-that-id-like-to-see-on-flathub-but-im-not-the-developer

and then post something in the flathub forums or ask in their matrix chat...
