Hello to the forum!
I recently used the wonderful Scribus to make a booklet for a wedding.
It's a brilliant program. I'd not used publishing software since Pagemaker 20 years ago!
It is so well laid out I picked up the basics without too much trouble.
But when I was starting out I set the pages to A4 landscape
(not A5 twofold double-sided as I ideally should have).
I've read about imposition since with a gasp...
i'd moved all the half-pages into imposed order by mental juggling!
My question now is can I now convert my 6 landscape A4 pages to twelve A5 ones?
In the main editor or as an export to pdf?
Thank you

hi mintydan
- the best way: building it new.
- almost as good: copy and paste your half pages to the a5 pages of a new document
- as a workaround: generate your (a4 landscape-)pdf file with the correct color settings → insert the pages into a5 image frames of a new document (half of each inserted page is masked by the frame) → generate a new pdf file (in pdf dialog check: 'general' → 'embed pdf and eps files')
