Let say I have a square, and I would like to have only one edge of it is colored or enlarged. How can I achieve this? Thank you

Ooker, if you're only using a rectangle - or square - then you can create a one-cell table and change the line/colour settings after ALT+clicking the cell but you don't have a lot of control over what happens.

Otherwise you'll have to make the changes manually by splitting a duplicate of the shape up - possibly using the node editor - and change the line format manually as needed, moving the duplicate over the original when done.
