Title: Annotation PDF
Post by: rm51 on March 20, 2023, 09:47:33 PM
Hello,

I insert an URL into a link Annotation. When I export my document to PDF format, le link is present but invisible. What's wrong ?

Thanks.

kinda strange
looks like you have to put the hot spot over some text or group a text frame with the link frame to kinda fake it?

I create first a link annotation, choose the type URL and write the web address into the Destination field. Then I write into the link annotation box, the text of the link.
Into Scribe, I see this text but when I create the PDF document, the text is not visible but the link annotation is present. When I pass the mouse on it, it changes into a hand. A click, or double-click, open the navigator at the right page.

sounds like a bug?
maybe the upcoming new version will have a fix or different way of handling the label
