Title: No colour properties?
Post by: tdelov on November 15, 2020, 04:01:56 AM
When I try to change the properties on a text box, I do not see any "Colour" properties. The colour and effects is there, but there is no way to change the background colour or border of the text box itself.

Also, when when I get properties on a shape or imported image, I get no options at all in the properties section?

you may not know the difference between the 'properties' (f2) and the 'text properties' (f3) palette.
recent scribus versions differentiate between the properties of a frame and those of its content – a good concept as soon as you're used to it...

Looks like your right!
Thanks!
The F2 properties window was not fully expended when it opened and I did not see all the options!
