I downloaded and setup Scribus 1.6.1 and while following along with tutorials on Youtube, I discovered that for some reason my program (running on Win 10 64 bit) does not display all the tools - Particularly those associated with text wrap around images/objects. I decided to try Scribus 1.5.8 and the same thing happens. Anyone know why these features are not available?

I just figured out how to access text flow, but I swear that my tool bar is missing some of the tools on some videos. Thanks.

The text wrapping tools you're looking for in Scribus 1.6.1 (and apparently 1.5.8) aren't missing – they're likely hidden by default. Here's why you might not be seeing them.
Scribus allows users to customize the toolbar to their liking. It's possible the text wrap buttons were removed from the default layout in the versions you're using. kynect
Go to the Text menu and look for options like "Text Wrap Around Path" or "Text Wrap Options."
These options might be under a submenu called "Frames" or "Images" depending on the Scribus version.
Scribus offers floating docks containing various tools. Look for a dock named "Text Frames" or "Object Attributes." These docks might contain the text wrap buttons.
