Insert page gives A5 instead of A4

When I insert a page, although it says the page is going to be A4, it's actually A5 when it's inserted. I can change it to A4, of course.

What is your Scribus version and operating system?

usually this sort of things happen, when a file was generated in a5 and later changed to a4, without checking the box to 'apply changes to all master pages'.
