Trouble on exporting PDF with colors (green is black)

can you please explain me, why i cannot export the following PDF in CMYK with correct colors?
Which settings need to be done to have the green exported as green and not as black?

i just deleted the green rectangle and replaced it by a new one with the same color – and it exported in green.
(btw. the 'odd behaving rectangle' was a more complex structure in the .xml tree than an ordinary rectangle...)
