Not getting "Get Image" option in dialog

I freely admit that I'm a total noob, but I'm trying to self-educate and have hit a snag.

I'm going through this: http://wiki.scribus.net/canvas/Help:Manual_Quickstart  and all was well until it told me to right click on the frame and select Get Image.  But I don't see the Get Image option at all in the dialog:

I've tried right-clicking on the wider frame and I still don't see Get Image.

I've searched the forum and the wiki and can't find anyone else saying they have this problem.

I'm using a Macbook Air with Lion.  The Scribus version is 1.4, downloaded late last week.  If I've done something very basic and stupid please tell me gently...

You need first to make an image frame (1). You will know that you have done this when there are bars across the frame.

Then you need to activate the frame, first go to (2) in the image I have provided. You will get a deference courser, then on the frame, click on it, it will turn red, than means its active.

To get an image into that frame, go to the file menu > import> then navigate to where you image is

Ah okay, thank you...I see my error.  I made more Shapes instead of using the Image Frame button.  That explains it.  Thank you! :)
