I've drawn four freehand lines which form a noughts and crosses (tic-tac-toe) grid. How can I fill the central square with colour?

Actually, I found a way to solve this problem, but I had to redraw my freehand lines. A single freehand line can be converted to a polygon, and then the polygon can be given a fill colour.
