To get color management working it is NOT sufficient to just get a profile for your printer.
Color management is complicated, and unless you really know what your are doing you are more likely to get better results with color management turned off.
That said, a generic profile for your printer is most likely provided on the driver CD, it might even already be installed on your computer (but not in a location where Scribus finds it). Then you just need to copy it to the Scribus profiles directory.
Note that such a generic profile is not very good, a printer profile depends on the ink used as well as the paper used. Preferably you should have one profile for each paper type you use, and also make a new profile each time you change ink.
