Title: Vertical Center in a text box
Post by: Shalbatana on August 25, 2011, 03:04:53 AM
Is there any way to have text vertically centered without manually setting the box to the height of the font, then centering the box?

Is "vertical align" labeled as something else or is it not implemented? If not, is there a possiblility to add it to the feature request list?

Thanks
Z

there is a script in the wiki to "fake" it...

But, as has been said before, a text that IS centered might not LOOK centered.

So it is probably a better idea to adjust the position visually (perhaps with the help of guides).

I'll look for the script. If it doesn't work out, then I'll tweak the borders instead.  thanks
