Title: Bullet points, ordered and unordered list in Scribus
Post by: randylewiskemp on September 20, 2012, 08:08:59 PM
How does everyone handle bullet points, ordered and unordered lists in Scribus?  I don't think this function is currently available - I could be wrong!  Correct me if I am?  If I'm right, do you use a special python script?  Will this function be available in a future release?  If so, which version?  I'm using 1.4.1 now.

hi randy

afaik there is no bullet list function in actual scribus builds. you can find a workaround on http://www.tsoots.fi/uploads/media/bullets.ogg (http://www.tsoots.fi/uploads/media/bullets.ogg) – don't know, if list functions are planned for 1.6...

Thanks.  It looks like a good workaround.

Today I think the best solution for ordered lists is to create them externally.

cezary has written a patch for it, which will be very likely integrated into 1.5svn very soon...
