Title: Getting Polygon Node Coordinates
Post by: iKay on November 08, 2017, 06:09:18 AM
I want to get the node coordinates (absolute w.r.t page) of an already existing polygon. It seems there is no direct API to get it. What is the preferred way?

PS: I see there is an API createPolygon() which can create a polygon, but nothing to extract the already existing one. I am using

Scribus Version 1.5.3
23 May 2017
Build ID: C--T-*-C1.14.6-Windows-64bit
Using Ghostscript version 9.21

Thank you for any help.

hi ikay

i never use it that way, but the node editor tells you the coordinates of a selected node (as absolute coordinates on the page or on the canvas – or just in relation to the actual polygon...)
