Greetings,
First post - newbie.
It is typical for images to appear low resolution when viewing at 100%.
The image I am using are TIFFs and appear sharp when viewed in an image viewer.
Thanks,
-Mike
Hello WV-Mike,
Go to menu: ITEM->Image->Preview Setting->Full Resolution to see. The 'image previews' are set to a lower setting so the page will display faster. I hope this helps.

Just to add to the answer already given, you can change that setting en masse by either:
* Preferences / Tools / Image Frame Properties / On Screen Preview - for future documents, or;
* Document Setup / Tools / Image Frame Properties / On Screen Preview - for the current document only.
