Title: Sequence of TOC entries
Post by: founder on December 01, 2011, 05:35:35 PM
I would assume, TOC entries are sorted by
page and distance from top of the page.

But it works not like this.

When I have 2 TOC entries from a page, it often happens, that the lower of the two comes first.

I would propose to correct this.

depending on the type of document you're creating, it may be easier to manually manage the TOC.

a real TOC is being worked on...

I thought this is a "real TOC"

I have in my book TOC, pictures and citations index.

What I am missing is a glossary function
