First, Corel (1) Draw or (2) Word Perfect? It makes a huge difference.  Second, are you talking about mail merge/data merge/print merge, I cannot remember what corel calls it.  Third, why would you want to import into Scribus when a spreadsheet program is more efficient for pricing IMHO?

Hey mimoto,

One other thing that I thought of... could you be talking about OLE (object linking embedding)?  I have used this function several times within libreoffice.

Hi.
Pricing is not just a string of numbers. It is in a directory folder. With photos, descriptions. It goes to print. Small tables are Excel or Open c. There change data. Now I have done in Corel. I can not use it any more. I do this in open source.

I do not think Scribus is the most suitable tool for the task at the moment. Yes, it can be scripted in Scribus, but writing that script would take a lot of effort.

Yes, in corel they are OLE objects.
