Title: Thread below paragraph
Post by: kevemks on April 11, 2018, 06:49:35 AM
Hello friends
I've been using PageMaker for some time now, and I'm transitioning to Scribus, but I'm having a pretty hard time. In the diagramming that I work on the pagemaker I use the "Wire Below Paragraph" feature, which you can check in the attached image, but I am not finding this option in Scribus, I am using the latest version 1.5.3. Help me please!!!

ale: you've asked the question in two languages. i've removed the portuguese version of your question... so that we have only one thread with your question...

if i understand you correctly, you want to add a line below your paragraph.

if this is what you want to achieve, scribus cannot do it yet.

you can manually draw a line, of course...

Depending on your needs, what's here http://forums.scribus.net/index.php/topic,2362.0.html might be useful, but keep in mind that they're all tricks (or hacks, if you prefer) and may not produce good results.
You could also try making a repetition of line-shape glyphs - see attached SLA - but that's awkward to get right and probably not advisable for professional documents. (There's a mini-tutorial about this somewhere on this forum but I couldn't find it.)
