Title: Printing problems
Post by: atradati on October 22, 2014, 09:13:40 AM
Hallo I'm new in the forum. I use Scribus x Mac since 1 year and I never experienced such a problem: I set a layout A6 horizontal, 2 pages, for a 24 pages booklet. When I print it directly, the page is distorted, in a wrong position, cutted. If i export it in PDF, the result is a full A4 page well printed, bur definitely not what I need.

Thanks for any help

Alfredo

looks like a problem with the printer driver, but i'm not really sure about this – the usual (and recommended) way ist to export to .pdf.

i'm quite sure, this isn't a scribus problem. take a look at the file properties in adobe reader (cmd + d) – the file size will be a6.
the printer driver may be set to scale the document to paper size...
