Title: How to select a bottom layer frame?
Post by: M_W on September 30, 2016, 07:07:56 PM
I have several frames layered over each other, with a background image behind them all on the bottom layer. My question is, how can I select that image frame without having to move everything that's on top of it out of the way?

Thanks!

I figured out how to select the background image: Extras --> Manage Images --> click the image you want then click Select.

This works for images, but what about selecting a text frame or something like that?

hi m_w

you'll find a list of all the elements on their respective pages under 'windows' → 'outline'. select hidden objects there!

yes, as utnik says, you can use the outline window...

... or just ctrl-click to cycle through the items under the cursor... :-)
