Title: Starting a new document but there is nothing there
Post by: tkd27 on April 27, 2011, 06:50:06 AM
Hi everyone - I'm a super newb here, so bear that in mind :)  I just installed Scribus and clicked to open a new document from the startup menu, but there is no visible document. I think it's loading something, though, because I see the little toolbar on the bottom. I can also create a second new document, in which case I get a second toolbar on the bottom and both of them are undocked. But for some reason, the document itself is invisible to me.

I've attached a screen shot of what I mean. Do you guys know what's going on here?

I figured it out. It was that I was a third party windows theme, which Scribus does not like. Too bad - I really liked that theme. lol...
