Title: Double page
Post by: viliksar on August 22, 2014, 06:31:20 PM
I need to create a pair of pages. The example in the screenshot, in which the first and last pages:

And I now it turns out that the first page does not have a pair:

How to make a pair and the first page?

It is important that in the pdf format, it looked not 8 pages, and only 4.

 Hi Viliksar,
I can not answer for every part of the world but for many countries it is normal for a multipage document such as a book to be
bound on the left hand side. This means that the first page is on the right and the left hand margin is wider to allow for any binding. The second
page  - which is usually printed on the back of page 1 - has a wider right hand  margin.  The layout you see in Scribus is  correct for this, even
if you have only two pages.

Tuxford.

hi viliksar

i'm not sure, but i think you are searching for an imposition tool...

if you're trying to create a page output like this:

8 / 1
2 / 7
6 / 3
4 / 5

you should do it after the .pdf export with another tool – but usually there's no need to do so:
