Let's start with a couple of questions:

!) How may hours do you spend in front of a computer screen?

2) Have you ever had eye health issues?

Recently I began to notice that my eyesight is declining at a rather fast rate. Right now I don't spend as many hours in front of a computer screen as when I was video editing (up to 10/12 hours). This morning the eye doctor told me that looking at the screen for a long period of time won't not make me blind. I hope so.  I have just found this article that helped me to figuring out how to make the text in my MacBook Pro larger:
