Title: all blurred on retina display
Post by: triptychon on January 05, 2018, 06:00:27 PM
Hi,

thanks to all scribus developers and experts for your work!

I recently installed scribus on macbook pro and did some first steps. It worked out ok, but unfortunately everything inside the window looks way too blurry for any aesthetic
decision, especially type (screenshot). How can I get it sharp? Is it not fully compatible with retina display 2880*1800?

It seems the preview quality settings don't affect the display. Screenshots with normal and high ("hoch") Q are (about) the same. Is it normal behavior?

Yes it is normal behavior. Preview quality setting affects only preview of images.

This was version 1.4.something.
Version 1.5.3 comes with a clean view. "Solved"
