hi vesa49

as i remember, there was (or is) a bug report about this issue.
unfortunately i neither find the report, nor can i reproduce the text flow problem.

it could be something about character heights. if your setting under 'properties' → 'text' → 'first line offset' is 'maximum ascent', try 'font ascent' – and hope it works…

…otherwise ask again…

As far as I can tell it is - as utnik says - a character height issue and the fix given is all we have so far.
Try temporarily putting an "h" in between the "e" and "s" and see what happens.

See https://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=12862 for a running commentary on the issue.
