Hello,

this is my first post on this forum :-), as a pure beginner!
Tried first to solve my issue on my own but didn't succeed.
I need to work on a 2 page leaflet.

On a first page, I've drawn for exemple a red rectangle.
The I've rotated this object, but because of this rotation, the rectangle is now covering a bit the second page.
When I do a PDF export, my rectangle also on the second page (covering a bit).
How can I have my rectangle only on the first page, because this is an object of the first page only.

Thanks in advance.

the simplest solution that comes to my mind is to increase the gap between pages in the "document settings > display"...

Thanks for this reply, it works fine  :)
Do I have to mark the topic as solved ?

If you know that your rotated rectangle isn't going to change then you can use menu "Item -> Path Tools -> Path Operations" to cut it down to just the shape that's on the page. Draw a rectangle that's the same size as the top of the page, shift-select it with your rectangle and use the Subtract operation to cut the rest of your rectangle away. This would allow you to have a more-usual small gap between pages.

Thanks Garry, I'll do that when the design will be fully finished. From now, we still have to discuss about the design, so I guess rotation can change, but thanks for the tip!
