Inserting a horizontal line into a text frame?

Hi, I'm pretty new to Scribus but it's been great so far for my needs in small desktop publishing.

I did encounter a bit of a snag though as I have been trying to figure out how to insert a horizontal line in text similar to how it is described in this link for microsoft word:

http://royalwise.com/rw/4-ways-insert-horizontal-lines-microsoft-word/

Ultimately what I need it for is to break up segments of text similar to how the "Defense" , "Offense" and "Statistics" sections are set up in this link:

Assuming I am missing something, can someone tell me how to insert horizontal lines?  Or failing that, another way I can achieve a similar line effect as in the second link, as it's fairly important to what I need to do.

Thank you!  (I hope this is the right subforum)

Scribus does not have a god support for this yet, I'd suggest using paragraph styles and underlining.

I don't know if you are still reading this topic, but I saw something that may help you:

This is the November 2015 Scribus Newsletter, and the first article shows a neat trick to do what you want.

P.S. This is my first post too, so I hope I can now keep my account here  :P
